Applications are invited from eligible citizens of India in Standard Form as prescribed in Assam Gazette of Part-IX for filling up the vacant post (highlighted hereunder in the table) in the establishment of the District & Sessions Judge, Dhubri. The eligibility criteria along with the salary of the posts is mentioned below.

Posts Details

1) Head Assistant: 1 Post

Eligibility: The candidate who must have served as Supervisory Assistant or a Sheristadar of Munsiff or a Sheristadar of Asstt. District & Sessions Judge or Upper Division Assistant continuously for 3 years in the District & Sessions Judges establishment on the 1st day of September 2024 as per the Assam District & Sessions Judges Establishment (Ministerial) Service Rule, 1987.

Salary: Rs. 30,000 - Rs, 1,10,000 + GP Rs. 13,900, as per ROP Rules, 2017

How to apply

a) Candidates have to submit the filled up Standard Form through proper channel along with self-attested copies of educational qualification certificate(s), experience certificates, Copy of A.C.R. for last three year, NOC from the employer, copy of updated Service Book, along with 3 (three) recent passport size Coloured photographs

b) The envelope containing the application should mention the name of the post indicating "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF HEAD ASSISTANT" super scribed on the top of the envelope.

c) Applicant should provide their e-mail id, if available, and their mobile number in their application 

Note: No individual call letter will be issued to the candidates separately. However, the list of sort listed candidates for the said post as well as Date/Time/venue for the interview will be uploaded in the official website of Dhubri District Judiciary
