Post Details
1) Principal
Qualification and Experience
a) A Master’s Degree with at
least 55% marks (or an
equivalent grade in a point
scalewherever grading system
is followed) from a recognized
University.
b) A Ph.D. Degree.
c) Professors/Associate
Professor with a total service
experience of at least 15
(fifteen) years of teaching/
research in Universities,
Colleges, and other
institutions of Higher
Education.
A minimum score as stipulated
in the API based on PEAS as
per UGC regulation in
Appendix III for direct
recruitment of Professors in
Colleges.
d) A minimum of 10
research publications in peer
reviewed or UGC listed
journals (must attached self attested valid supporting
documents). And a minimum
of 110. research score as per
Appendix-II of Table 2 as per
UGC Regulation 2018.
e) A relaxation of 5% marks
will be provided at Master’s
Levels for the SC/ST/
Differently abled candidates
for the purpose of eligibility
and for assessing good
academic record ands
relaxation of 5 marks will be
provided to the Ph.D. Degree
holders, who have obtained
their master’s degree prior to
19th September 1991.
f) Upper age limit 55 years.
g) Term of the Principal shall
be 5 years.
h) As per direction of the
Director of Education BTC
Preference shall be given to
the candidates belonging to
BTR
