BBCI Guwahati Recruitment 2024: The Dr. Bhubaneshwar Borooah Cancer Institute has released an online recruitment notice mentioning 1 Vacancy. The is contractual in nature under the ICMR funded reasearch project ''Women Empowerment- Cancer Awarness Nexus (We-Can): An Implementation Research Study of Cervical Cancer Prevention through HPV Self-Sampling and Education in India''. Name of the Post: Regional Co-ordinator (1 Post)

Qualification: The candidate should hold Master degree in Social Work (MSW) or any other post graduate degree from a recognized insititution.


Desirable Qualification: The candidate should have Diploma in Computer Education (DCA) and should also have knowledge of SPSS.


Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in coordinating/ managing community health programs/ porjects/ data entry and data handling.


Mandate Language: The candidate should have good command over the English language (both reading and writting) and should have good Assamese speaking.


Age Limit: 35 Years


Salary: Rs 35,000/- per month


Duration of Appointement: 6 months


Job Description

1) Help the overall implementation of project under the regional team

2) Help in preparing progress report for the regional team

3) Help in data entry in SPSS and uploading of important documents via Google Drive.

4) Maintaining project accounts and help in preparing financial report

5) Coordinating for all logistics, helping in indents, for regional team, including HPVDNA testing.

Process of Selection

The scheduled interview is over on 23 April 2024

Important Details

1) All the original documents relating to age, qualification, other qualification, experience, NOC (where applicable) etc, should be bought during the day of interview.


2) Candidates who are serving under Central/ State Govt/ Public Authority, must produce permission letter from their present employer before appearing in the interview.


3) The candidates shalll also carry a set of photocopy of all the documents which will be retained by the Document Verification team on the date of interview.


4) The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final and binding as regards the modalities of selection.


5) Selected candidate will not have any claim for regular appointment at BBCI.


No TA/DA will be allocated for attaining the interview.
